Wholehearted Approach
I am convinced that optimal health is a process that can be attained by addressing all aspects of our being. Our body, mind, and spirit make up our complete selves. When we discover healing in each of the aspects of ourselves, we find wholehearted health.

I discovered this after a deeply, painful health crisis. In hopes of finding healing, I focused primarily on my spiritual self. Because of this, I initially did not receive the results I needed. I then found healing of the body that comes through proper nutrition, supplements, exercise, and engaging healthcare professionals when needed. I also learned the importance of cognitive (mind) health. This type of health comes through knowing who I am and determining my purpose. Finally, I discerned true spirituality that led to confidence in my identity through spiritual practices.
